Powerlon UV 120 is a high-performance UV resistant facade membrane designed to protect open-jointed cladding systems and enhance the durability of the building envelope. Supplied in a convenient 1.5m x 50m roll, this black facade membrane is ideal for contemporary architectural designs where aesthetics and performance go hand-in-hand.

Installation Guidelines for Powerlon UV 120
To ensure optimal performance of the Powerlon UV 120 breather membrane, follow these installation best practices:

Membrane Handling: Avoid creasing or folding the membrane during installation. For corners, either loosely wrap the membrane or create a well-sealed butt joint—never sharply crease the material.

Orientation: Unroll the membrane so that the inner side of the roll faces outward once installed.

Fixing: Pull the membrane tight to eliminate slack. Secure all loose ends, overlaps, and edges using mechanical fixings such as staples, or seal with Powerlon® UV Facade Sealant or Powerlon® UV Facade Tape.

Adhesion: Do not bond the membrane to non-rigid surfaces like insulation.

Staple Sealing: If staples are used, ensure they are sealed with Powerlon® UV Facade Tape or Powerbond® Butyl Tape.
