- It also meets the requirements of the BS EN ISO 11925-2 and BS EN 13501-1 standards for fire performance, achieving a Class E rating.

Receiving Delivery: Please check the materials for any damage before driver leaves. All damages must be noted on the delivery note, before deliery personnel leaves for repalcements. Materials signed for unchecked cannot be returned.
Returns & Refunds:
- You are free to cancel the order before we confirm your order via email
- Damaged products must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of the order via email
- You are free to return the items no longer required or ordered in excess withing 14 days of recieving delivery. You are requested to place a return request with us on email/call if you wish to do so. Please note customer pays for courier cost to return the items. A 35% restcoking fee is applicable.
