Siderise DWX is a flexible acoustic duct wrap combining a quilted insulation core and dense polymeric membrane to reduce sound transmission and improve thermal performance, with a foil-faced vapour barrier for external duct applications.
DWX consists of a flexible resin-bonded glass fibre quilt enclosed within an anti-dusting fleece and diamond-stitched. It features an outer heavy polymeric acoustic membrane with a surface weight of 5kg/m². The exposed surface is finished with a Class 0 reinforced H&V aluminum foil.
This product has a wide range of applications, including use in ductwork, ventilation equipment, concrete columns, generators, compressors, process plants, and electrical equipment.
