KlasseCLAD provides an aesthetic finish to all duct and pipework. When laid as an additional cover on pipe lagging duct wrap or duct slabs, it provides a smooth and aesthetic finish. It acts as a vapour barrier and provides zero permeability for insulation cladding and jacketing applications. It offers high resistance to weathering, mould, UV and extreme environmental conditions.
KlasseCLAD™ is an advanced and economical alternative insulation for the replacement of mastics, glass fibre cloth, butyl sheeting, and other types of insulation materials.This pipe jacketing is tested to the official BS476 parts 6 & 7, Class ‘0’ standard, ensuring it is Fire Retardant in extreme situations. In addition to these tests, Klasse cladding is UV resistant, tested to BS EN ISO 4892-2:2013 (Accelerated Weathering Performance).
Cladding from Klasse is an adhesive taped product that requires no screws, velvets or sealants, reducing the possibility of human error and repair. It comes with a strong acrylic adhesive and an easy release paper, which allows super easy instllations and cust installion time by half.
