Returns
All metal products are made to order. Once confirmed via email, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. However, If anything is made incorrectly, we will do our best to sort it out for you, straight away.

Cancellations: Orders for metal products can only be cancelled before they are confirmed via email. After the email confirmation is sent, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
