Aluzinc Pipe Insulation Cladding offers superior corrosion resistance and long-term protection for insulated pipe systems in both commercial and industrial environments. Made from a hot-dip coated steel sheet alloyed with aluminium and zinc, this cladding combines the strength of steel with the rust-resistant properties of aluminium and zinc, delivering outstanding performance in demanding conditions.

Aluzinc cladding features a high-performance coat os aluminium and zinc, forming a powerful barrier against chemical, moisture, and temperature-related damage. Ideal for thermal insulation systems, this cladding sheet is engineered for easy application around insulated pipes

Key Properties:

  • Manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel sheets

  • Superior corrosion resistance with aluminium and zinc alloy coating

  • Excellent temperature and chemical resistance

  • Durable alternative to stainless or plain aluminium
  • Ideal for industrial and commercial insulation applications

What is Aluzinc?

Aluzinc is a metallic coated steel product made by hot-dipping cold-rolled steel in a bath of an alloy composed of:

  • 55% Aluminium (Aluminum)

  • 43.5% Zinc

  • 1.5% Silicon

This combination gives Aluzinc a unique set of properties that make it highly suitable for industrial and outdoor applications.

Benifits of Aluzinc:

Corrosion Resistance:

  • The aluminium provides a tough barrier against atmospheric conditions.

  • The zinc offers sacrificial protection—even if the coating is scratched, it will continue to protect the steel underneath.

Heat & Temperature Resistance:

  • Aluzinc can withstand high temperatures better than traditional galvanized steel, making it ideal for insulation cladding and roof applications.

Durability:

  • It lasts 2–6 times longer than regular galvanized steel in outdoor conditions.

  • Resistant to oxidation, chemical attack and moisture, especially in marine or industrial environments.

Reflectivity:

  • The shiny, metallic finish reflects heat and sunlight, which helps control temperature and reduce energy costs.

Formability & Aesthetics:

  • Can be profiled, painted, or left bare, offering good formability and an attractive finish for architectural and industrial use.
