CemPlate can also be used as a sheathing board. Due to its water, weather and UV stability, it offers unbeatable external weather protection to timber frame, modular, and steel frame (SFS) constructions before the installation of the finished external facade system.
CemPlate is a high-performing building board with exceptional dimensional stability of (<0.19%). It offers better stability compared to alternatives like chipboard, gypsum fibre and cement bonded particle board.
Cemblock building board is a lightweight, durable and easy-to-handle product that is ideal for use in partition walls, façade claddings, and roofing applications.
Cemplate Building Board can be used as a render carrier board. It is designed to provide a strong and durable substrate for rendering and cladding systems, making it the ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Additionally, with a low K-value of 0.216 W/mK, these building boards help keep heat indoors and also give sound insulation of about 54db.
