Designed to be applied over the main Lava 20 Waterproofing Membrane, this Owl Lava 20 top coat is a high-tech, transparent and elastic tahtremains unchanged even after aging. It is UV-stable, non-yellowing, weather-stable, alkali and chemical resistant.
Lava 20 Clear Top Coat is mainly applid over Lava 20. It also shields and waterproofs natural surfaces from acid rain, fog, frost, and water penetration. Plastic surfaces that have oxidized and aged appear more transparent after being coated with Lava 20 Clear Top Coat. Damaged glass surfaces can also be waterproofed using Lava 20 top coat.
Lava 20 Clear Top Coat has unique curing system (moisture triggered), and unlike other similar systems it does not react with moisture (moisture-cured) and does not form bubbles. The cured membrane remains breathable.

Steps for waterproofing and topcoat / anti-slip:
- Apply Lava Primer
- follow with OWL Lava 20
- Apply a transparent or Dark Grey top coat (non-slip)
- For anti-slip sprinkle with Quartz or Flake top coat while still wet
- Remove any excess then seal with more topcoat
