It is manufactured using 100% pure natural hydraulic lime, natural sands, and conservation-appropriate additives to create a high-performance render and plaster that withstands high-traffic areas or outdoor elements.
Promix Medium Topcoat Plaster offers enhanced plasticity, which improves adhesion and decreases likelihood of slump. Moreover, thier longer open time makes this lime render undemanding to apply, level, and finish. Promix topcoat is vapour permeable and improves moisture management in a building.
Part of the trusted Cornerstone Promix range, Cornerstone Promix Medium Topcoat can be used as a lime render or plaster for a wide variety of construction, renovation and conservation projects. The product is supplied as standard with Saint-Astier® NHL2, although alternative binders and mix ratios are available upon request to meet specific project requirements.

When floated with a plastic or wooden float, it provides an attractive light tan finish with a medium texture. Alternatively, sponging the surface produces a smoother yet moderately textured finish, offering flexibility in appearance depending on project requirements.
