Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:
- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund. Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds.
- Any orders containing incorrect, damaged or faulty products will be collected and replaced by us, although we may require cooperation with the customer to produce photographic evidence as part of the claim process.
