KlasseCLAD provides an aesthetic finish to all duct and pipework. When laid as an additional cover on pipe insulation cladding, duct wrap, or duct slabs, it provides a smooth and aesthetic finish. It acts as a vapour barrier and provides zero permeability for insulation cladding and pipe jacketing applications. It offers high resistance to weathering, mould, UV, and extreme environmental conditions, making it ideal for outside duct insulation and outdoor HVAC duct insulation.
KlasseCLAD™ is an advanced and economical alternative insulation for the replacement of mastics, glass fibre cloth, butyl sheeting, and other types of insulation materials. This pipe jacketing is tested to the official BS476 parts 6 & 7, Class ‘0’ standard, ensuring it is Fire Retardant in extreme situations. In addition to these tests, Klasse Cladding is UV resistant, tested to BS EN ISO 4892-2:2013 (Accelerated Weathering Performance), making it suitable for weatherproof duct insulation and outdoor ductwork insulation.
Cladding from Klasse is an adhesive-taped product that requires no screws, velvets, or sealants, reducing the possibility of human error and repair. It comes with a strong acrylic adhesive and an easy release paper, which allows super easy installation and cuts installation time by half, making it perfect for self-adhesive cladding and self-adhesive pipe jacketing applications.
