FlameOut Block FR Class B Vapour Control Layer - 100 Sqm - Standard

Flameout Block is a flame-retardant vapour control layer (VCL) designed to improve the energy efficiency and airtightness of the building envelope while helping to meet Building Regulations. It is a polyethylene-based vapour control layer with a mono-filament reinforcement scrim to provide excellent tensile strength in wall and roof installations.

This high-performance lame retardant vapour control layer is CE approved and compliant with UK Building Regulations Approved Document B. Ensures that the building envelope is properly sealed to control ventilation and prevent heat loss in compliance with Building Regulations Part L. It offers excellent resistance to air leakage, condensation and is designed to prevent moisture from reaching the insulation

Engineered with a durable reinforcement scrim, the Flameout Block ensures enhanced mechanical strength and stability during installation. Its Class B flame-retardant (FR Class B) rating means this vapour barrier will self-extinguish, is resistant to catching fire and are not readily ignited or burned by flamesmaking it suitable for use in projects where fire safety is a key concern.

The key difference between the Standard and premium options lies in their material weight (thickness) and water vapour resistance capacity.
