Marmox Fixing Dowels are a specialised mechanical fixing solution designed specifically for securing Marmox Multiboard and other tile backer boards to solid walls. These fixings are an essential component when installing insulation boards on uneven walls or solid masonry surfaces where standard screws and washers are unsuitable.
Each dowel is made of high-strength plastic. Its design replaces the need for screws and washers, offering a secure method that anchors the board firmly to the substrate. Ideal for wet areas like bathrooms and wetrooms, the materials used are strictly corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term performance and stability behind your tiles.
Installation Guidance
Marmox Fixing Dowels provide a fast, high-strength solution for securing Multiboards to masonry and concrete. Designed for versatility, they can be installed flush against flat surfaces or used in conjunction with the "dot and dab" adhesive method to level out uneven walls.
Note: When using the dot and dab method, please account for an additional 10mm of depth to your total wall thickness to accommodate the adhesive bed.

Items ordered in excess: If you wish to return the items ordered in excess and claim a refund, please note that a restocking fee may be applicable.
