Enhanced Floor Soundproofing: Mutemat 3 is a 3-ply soundproofing solution that consists of a 6mm PE crosslinked foam (closed cell) sandwiched a 5kg per m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl and a 7.5kg per m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl. The blue closed cell foam absorbs impact energy wjile the double layer of grey mass-loaded vinyl dampens airborne noise. It is therfore engineered for maximum floor soundproofing efficiency. MuteMat 3 reduces the transmission of sound between floors, making it ideal for multi-story buildings.
