Novia VC4000 FR Reflective Air Leakage and Vapour Control Layer is a state-of-the-art solution designed for optimal performance in controlling moisture vapour and air leakage in building applications. This high-quality vapour control membrane is particularly suited for use in insulated wall or roof applications where high moisture resistance is required. The reflective foil facings help improve the Uvalue and R avlues in wall, and roof applications.

- Fire Rated: Wall breather embrane complies to EN 13501-1 Fire Classification Class B-s1, d0* and is approved for use in high rise applications.
- Easy Installation: Must be installed in conjunction with suitable Novia tapes to ensure maximum effectiveness and performance. It is ideally used in conjunction with Novia breather membranes, always to be installed on the warm side, the inside of the building envelope, within all insulated wall or roof applications.
- Suitable for Use Over 18M Buildings: This product is valid for use in buildings up to 18m in height, meeting the necessary safety and performance requirements.
- Reflective Air Leakage Barrier: Acts as both a vapour control layer and an air leakage barrier, providing a dual-function solution for building envelopes.
