Rainscreen Duo Slab is a dual-density insulation board comprising a robust outer surface and a resilient inner face that has been designed for use in conditions of severe climatic exposure. When installed Rainscreen Duo Slab will knit together when tightly butt jointed, eliminating extraneous heat loss that can be caused through gaps in some insulations. The rock wool fibers are impregnated with a water-repelling agent during manufacture, which makes the insulation slabs water-resistant.
It is easy to install and requires only fewer fixing because of its unique dual-density construction, thus providing a cost-effective solution in over-cladding applications. They have excellent soundproofing abilities. Insulation slabs are non-combustible and have the highest possible rating for reaction to fire. They are long-lasting and durable.
