The Siderise Studio + FX Retardant Acoustic Foam Slab, featuring an 'egg box' profile shape, is perfect for acoustic treatment in many different applications. This acoustic foam slab is a flexible open cell polyurethane polyether material offering durability and good sound absorption performance relative to it's thickness - αW: 0.60
With enhanced flame retardancy, this foam meets FMVSS302 (automotive), UL94 HF1 (electrical equipment), and Class 0 fire rating (BS476 part 6&7). It was compliant with UK building regulations until the update to Approved Document B in March 2025. With a Class 0 fire rating, it offers protection against the spread of flames and limits the amount of heat released from the surface during a fire.
Provides excellent dampening characteristics, effectively reducing vibrations and noise for enhanced acoustic performance and comfort.
These panels can be installed on a range of surfaces to absorb sound energy and reduce unwanted echoes and standing waves, effectively reducing unnecessary noise. It can be easily applied by fixing it to a range of surfaces.
