Make: Sisaltech's Sisalwool Loftroll is a unique blend of Sisal fibre, recycled cotton and bi-co binder that is manufactured in two different width to help fit perfectly between ceiling joists. Sisal is a long and coarse fibre obtained from the leaves of the agave plant or from recycled materials, like coffee sacks.
Thermal Insulation: Made from sisal, a durable and sustainable natural fibre, this insulation is designed to provide outstanding thermal performance in a variety of settings. This natural fiber has a low thermal conductivity of 0.037W/mK, which helps to retains heat indoors.
Acoustic Insulation: Sisalwool insulation products offer great acoustic performance as these fibers are denser and help reduce sound by 12dB reduction at 500-2000Hz
Moisture-Resistance: Natural properties of sisal make it an excellent choice for insulation, as it is both breathable and moisture-wicking, helping to create a comfortable and healthy living environment indoors.
Versatile Applications: Sisal Loftroll natural fibre insulation which comes in 2 different widths to easily fit ceiling joists in lofts, floor joists, stud-walls and partitions. Sisal wool loft insulation can also be used in traditional stone buildings, thanks to its vapour permeability.
