You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The goods must be sent to us (full address will be provided) if you wish to return them. We will refund you the lowest postage cost and provided the material is in a resealable condition, a refund will be processed in full. Please email/call us to notify us of returns. Return claims after 14 days will not be entertained
If you have received damaged products, please email or call us to notify us of the damages. Images of the damaged product will be requested for proof. We will cover the cost of returning the goods and providing replacement products where appropriate. A full or partial refund will be advised accordingly
