Advanced Wood Fibre Insulation: Crafted from premium wood fibre, Warmshell woodfibre insulation boards provide exceptional thermal efficiency, effectively reducing heat loss and minimising energy consumption. With a low thermal conductivity of 0.044 W/mK, these 40mm wood fibre boards help insulate a 10SQM area easily, thanks to its Tongue-and-groove edge profiling.
Furthermore, the wood fibre insulation has a density of 195 kg/m3, which helps with sound insulation.

Wood fibre boards are naturally breathable, vapour open, capillary active and hygroscopic in nature, while the breathable lime is anti-septic and helps wick moisture away, keeping your walls draft-free. What does the Warmshell Internal Wall Insulation Kit Include:
The internal wall insulation system is designed to insulate a 10SQM of the solid masonry wall. The kit includes:
Lime Green Duro: A breathable, moisture-wicking, draft-proofing and levelling layer. The kit includes 7 Bags - 25Kg(per bag)
Warmshell Baord Adhesive: The board adhesive helps to fully bond the wood fibre insulation to the Duro. The system includes 4 bags of 20Kg each of the board adhesives
Warmshell Wood Fibre Boards: A 40mm high-performing, highly insulating and moisture buffering insulation board with T&G profiling. To insulate a 10 SQM area, the kit includes 10 boards of Warmshell Woodfibre XL T&G 40 mm. One board size is 1860 x 590mm (1.097m2) at 40mm thickness.
Solo Onecoat Lime Plaster: For a final decorative finish. The internal wall insulation system includes 7 bags of 25Kg each of the Lime plaster
Lime Green Solo Mesh: One roll of 1m x 50m mesh to help install the lime plaster.
How to go about insulating Warmshell Internal Wall Insulation:
Access: The first step is to carefully access the building, its location and the technical requirements before you start insulating. You need a sound understanding of how much energy you lose through your walls and how much you can realistically save. A U-value analysis can of course help in this direction.
Design: Once you've assessed the building and have a better understanding, of the best way to insulate it internally, you can use the Warmshell Internal's comprehensive information to design and specify the work in detail. Warmshell Internal wall insulation system is independently assessed, verified and audited by KIWA and is fire tested, achieving a classification of Class B, s1, d0.

Damaged goods
