If you want to return insulation that was ordered in excess or not of use anymore, you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and in a resalable condition. Please contact us via email and we will assist you accordingly.
If the product is damaged, then you are within your rights to claim an exchange or a refund.
