Encapsulated - 10mm Aerogel strips, 2.4M long fully encapsulated in polyethelene for added protection and durability. It is self adhesive.
Non - Encapsulated - 10mm Aerogel strips, 2.4M long, with no polyethelene. It is non-adhesive. Specifically made for applications where enhanced fire performance is required, allowing the material to achieve a better fire classification (e.g., A1 non-combustible, depending on the full product build-up and certification).

Receiving Delivery:
This will be a signed delivery. Customers are requested to check the order on receiving them for any damages. All damages must be reported on the delivery note before the driver leaves. Damages not reported on the delivery note will not be entertained
Returns, Cancellations and refunds:
You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. Customer returns the goods to a forwarding adding that will be provided via email.
Once returned, the items will be inspected and provided they are in a re-saleable condition, refund will be processed. A 25% restocking fee may be applicable.
