Profloor Dynamic Deck 26 is a high-performance acoustic floor panel designed to deliver a high degree of isolation and significant improvements in impact sound insulation for both new build and refurbishment projects. Developed by Proctor Group, the Profloor Dynamic Deck 26 system combines robust flooring construction with advanced acoustic technology to reduce noise transmission through timber and concrete floor structures.
This floating floor system consitsis of an open cell foam with closed cell support bonded to 18mm P5 grade T&G chipboard. This dynamic properties of dual foam technology provides effective acoustic isolation between the structural floor and the finished floor surface. This resilient acoustic layer helps minimise impact sound while improving overall acoustic performance in residential, commercial and multi-occupancy buildings.
A key feature of Profloor Dynamic Deck 26 is its patented edge support strip, specifically engineered to prevent fracture of the tongue and groove joints during installation and service life. This innovative design provides enhanced joint integrity and improved loading performance, making the panel suitable for floors with higher loadings where robust details and long-term durability are essential.
