ResoTherm XPS-R 300 represents the pinnacle of Resonate's range of high quality underfloor heating solutions. These underfloor heating insulation boards are engineered from high density extruded polystyrene to provide exceptionally high performance for all underfloor heating systems. The board's robust nature makes it ideal for new build and refurbishment projects, and are ideal for all types of developments including offsite, residential and commercial applications. A foil-faced version of the boards is also available, offering excellent heat transfer

Receiving Delivery: We urge you to check the delivery properly for any damages as soon as you receive the order. Any damages must be mentioned in the delivery note before the driver leaves otherwise we will be unable to replace damaged goods.

Returns, Cancellations and refunds:
You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
Items ordered in excess: If you wish to return the items ordered in excess and claim a refund, please note that a restocking fee may be applicable. Please let us know if you wish to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery via email. You have to return the goods to us at the address that we will share in the email. Buyer pays postage
Damaged goods: We urge you to check for any damages in the insulation received before Please make sure you check the delivery, and if any part of it is damaged then you must mark this on the delivery note before the driver leaves otherwise we are unable to replace any damaged goods, if you are unsure then please call us before the driver leaves.
If the items are signed for without checking, we cannot replace/refund the insulation.
