Siderise Sound+ Acoustic Foam Slab is a flexible, open-cell polyurethane polyether material developed for sound absorption. It is suitable for use in applications such as ductwork and ventilation equipment, ceiling tiles, and absorber panel linings, where acoustic performance is required.

This acoustic foam slab is a flexible, open-cell polyurethane polyether material. It has a measured weighted sound absorption coefficient (αw) of 0.20, 0.30, 0.50 & 0.85 at a thickness of 6mm, 12mm, 25mm & 50mm respectively.

Originally developed as furniture foam, it is versatile for various applications, such as lining ductwork and ventilation equipment, spatial absorbers, and absorber panel infills in automotive vehicles and electrical equipment.

The foam is combustion-modified to meet the flammability standards of BS5852: Part 2:1982: Crib V (furniture), FMVSS302 (automotive), and UL94 HF1 (electrical equipment).

With a density of 25?kg/m³, this flexible foam has a low mass and is supplied in a format that supports straightforward handling during installation.
