Novia Black+ FC125 delivers superior Class W1 water resistance and airtightness without compromising breathability. Engineered to minimise interstitial condensation at wall panel junctions, this high-performance membrane wraps floor cassettes to provide a seamless, airtight connection to the internal AVCL.
As a strong and durable breathable membrane, the FC125 is completely black on one side with no printed logos (except for a 150mm overlap line).

Installation -
To ensure a fully compliant, airtight seal, Novia provides a dedicated range of installation tapes for joining the cassette membrane to the vapour control layers (AVCL) above and below the floor junction. For a secure connection between Novia Black+ FC125 and the internal AVCL, use Novia Double Sided Butyl Tape. To seal the membrane overlaps, manyfacturer recommends Novia Breather Membrane Lap Tape (BMLT) to maintain the system's high-performance integrity.
