Returns And Refunds
You are free to cancel the order anytime before we send you an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed, the order is packed and shipped for delivery, and hence cannot be cancelled.
You can, however, return your order within 5 days from the date of receipt and get a refund. Return requests are to be made via Email/Phone only.
The insulation must be in a re-saleable condition. We will advise details on email. A restocking fee may be applicable
