Breather membranes are used over or under the counter-battens on a pitched roof, on the outer side of the insulation, to allow water vapour to pass through freely. Therefore it is critical that you use good-quality breather membranes that eliminate the risk of condensation, and that is why we bring you YBS Superquilt breathable membranes at a low cost.
These foil insulation rolls are made using 11 perforated fully waterproof polyester layers and reflective aluminium foil on the inner face. It helps eliminate condensation by letting the water vapours pass through its fabric easily.
Breathable membranes are a step up from traditional insulation as they not only provide exceptional thermal insulation but also do not release harmful fibres during installation. They help improve indoor air quality.
YBS Superquilt membranes are lightweight and very easy to work with. They come with a self-adhesive tape attached that enables easy and suer-fast installation. Breather membranes help hit the required U-value and also the necessary building regulations
