Wraptite Liquid Flashing sealant is a premium, neutral-curing 1-component silicone sealant designed to deliver an uninterrupted, continuous airtight seal across complex structural details. Engineered with outstanding movement capability and high UV resistance, this flexible liquid-applied membrane prevents water penetration along vulnerable sheathing panel joints and leading edges without peeling back over time.
This silicone sealant is 100% solvent-free, non-shrinking, and uniquely formulated to be applied directly onto damp surfaces, ensuring reliable installation even in unpredictable site weather.

Application & Curing Guidelines
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all receiving areas are clean, smooth, and free from grease, oil, dust, or contaminants. Remove any damaged structural wall elements prior to application.
- Cure Mechanism: This product is moisture-curing. Lower temperatures and low relative humidity will slow down dry times, while higher humidity and warmth accelerate it.
- Critical Temperature Warning: Avoid material temperatures rising above 50°C during installation, as extreme heat can lead to bubble formation within the membrane.
