The 550 mm wide sizes are particularly suitable for indoor installations where frame pitch 60 is used (the internal distance between upright and upright is 550 mm).
The 350 mm wide sizes are particularly suitable for outdoor installations where the 40 pitch of the structure is used. (the internal distance between upright and upright is 350 mm).

Isolcore CZ Panels represent the next generation of thermal insulation technology. These advanced CZ vacuum panels are engineered to deliver outstanding thermal performance, combining extremely low thermal conductivity with an innovative structure that’s impermeable to gas and steam. By dramatically reducing the mobility of air inside, these vacuum insulated panels maintain their insulation properties and structural integrity over time, even at low pressures.

Isolcore vacuum panels consist of a pressed mineral component which is vacuum-packed by a special casing. The core of the CZ panel is mainly made of glass fiber and while the special casing consists glass fiber fabric and aluminum, which makes it much more resistant to cut and erosion, compared to all other vacuum panels currently on the market.

Vaccun Insulation Panels are deprived of the air inside them to obtain very low pressures: this process greatly reduces the mobility of the few air molecules remaining. In this way, the thermal conductivity decreases reaching values even lower than 0.002 W/mK. Reducing the air inside the panels the result is a reduction in energy transmission by thermal conduction, radiation and convection which is due to the high insulation standard of the product. This process removes the air’s thermal conductivity and the warm transfer obtaining a highly insulating product. Isolcore CZ Panels are rated A2 for fire resistance, providing added safety in critical applications.
